• Orders are confirmed only upon full payment via authorized payment gateways.
   
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, fraud detection, pricing errors, or force majeure.
   

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are shipped via trusted logistic partners.
   
• Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout and may vary.
   
• Delays due to logistics, festivals, weather, or artisan production cycles are possible.
   

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (images, text, branding, graphics) is owned by Corporate Artisans and BIS or used under license.
   
• No part may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written consent.
   

8. Limitation of Liability

Corporate Artisans and BIS are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Inaccuracies due to human error or artisan variations.
   
• Any data loss or site unavailability.

We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or policies of such websites.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Jurisdiction for all disputes shall lie with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction while supporting authentic artisan work. Please review our return and refund policy below:

12.1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

• It is damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
   
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
   
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
   
• Valid photo or video proof is provided (preferably unboxing video).
   

Note: Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

12.2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at returns@corporateartisans.com with order details, reason, and visual proof.
   
• Our support team will guide you through the return process within 2 business days.
   

12.3. Refunds

• Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned item.
   
• Funds are processed to the original method within 5–7 business days.
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
   

12.4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.

12.5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
   
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
   

12.6. Exemptions

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

• Products are used or damaged post-delivery.
   
• Original tags/packaging are missing.
   
• Multiple return requests are made without valid grounds.

That’s why we offer a 3-day Replacement Guarantee on eligible items, giving you added assurance when shopping from India’s finest artisans.

What’s Covered:

You may request a replacement within 3 calendar days of receiving the product if:

The item is damaged during transit

You receive the wrong product or size

There is a manufacturing defect affecting usability

Note: Natural variations in handcraft, color differences due to lighting or screen settings, or minor thread or weave irregularities (inherent in handmade goods) are not considered defects.

Replacement Process:

Initiate your request by emailing support@corporateartisans.com with your order ID, photos of the issue, and a short explanation.

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 48 business hours.

If approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to ship it back via registered courier.

Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Important Terms:

The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for replacement unless damaged or defective.

One-time replacement only per order item. No further exchanges or returns on the replaced item.

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we may issue store credit valid for 90 days.

Legal Note:

Corporate Artisans reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not align with the above terms. This guarantee is extended voluntarily by us and our artisan associates to ensure customer satisfaction, and does not constitute a commercial warranty under applicable law.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms of our replacement policy.
